Other voluntary works
1. Care & Community work
This project gives you the opportunity to make a significant difference in other people's lives as well as your own. You will learn about Nepal’s culture as you explore and get to know different areas of Nepal. You will be hosted by our school and you can have enough time to mix with Nepalse way of life.
Volunteers will spend two weeks working in an orphanage or Montessori school, renovating and decorating the building in the mornings and playing with/caring for the children in the afternoons. By putting in a new floor or painting a mural on a neglected wall, you will be making a valuable and lasting contribution to the orphanage.
Volunteers can also become part of a small friendly community. In the mornings you will be working on a community project, helping to paint and renovate a local school.
Wherever you volunteer you will leave a lasting impression on the children and community by giving them the extra attention, love, and care that is lacking in their daily lives.
You will spend your time split between playing with and caring for the children in the mornings and renovating and redecorating a kindergarten in the afternoon.
Although this project is relatively short, it gives you the opportunity to make a significant difference in other people’s lives as well as your own.
